1. Meet Love App respects the privacy of its users and has developed this Privacy Policy to demonstrate its commitment to protecting your privacy. 2. By using this App you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Should you choose not to accept these Terms, you shall not use the App and shall not use any of its services (Communications).

App Usage

1. You shall use the App solely for your private, non-commercial and personal use.
2. You shall not sublicense or exercise this right without prior written permission.
3. Accordingly, you undertake not to:
• Use the App for any commercial or business purpose;
• Use your access to the App or information gathered from it for the purpose of sending unsolicited bulk email, messages, etc.;
• Enter without consent into transactions or offer to make transactions with other users in respect of any goods or services, nor shall you use the App for the distribution of advertisement or illegal propaganda.
4. You shall not publish any email, postal address, phone number, links and other contact details on the App.

What personal information do we collect?

When you subscribe or sign up to use the App, we may collect a variety of information from you, which may include: 

• personal information required to subscribe or create a member profile, such as your name, email address, contact details, photographs, age, gender, location and bank/credit card details;
• personal information provided to us if you contact us, such as our records of that correspondence;
• personal information provided to us if you choose to complete any surveys or questionnaires for us, enter a competition or promotion of ours or participate in forums, discussion boards or other social media functions on our App;
• personal information if you post or transmit information via the App to other users;
• information that may not be personal information, such as information detailing your visits to the App including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data and other communication data; and

Why do we collect your personal information and how do we use it?

The primary purpose for which we collect information about you is to provide you with Services you have requested in subscribing or signing up to use the App. We also collect information about you to:

• process your communications, your membership of and subscription to the App and to enable your use of the App and the Services;
• provide you with an up to date, efficient and reliable Service;
• help prevent fraudulent activity, including on your account (for example, if we collect your card details we will check these details with credit agencies and reserve the right to refuse to make available the App and/or our Services if, for example, the card details provided are reported to be fraudulent or credit agencies report the activities as being fraudulent); 
• open and run your account;
• administer prize draws, competitions or promotions;
• for statistical and demographic analysis; 
• investigate any complaints about or made by you, or if we have reason to suspect that you are in breach of the App terms of use or that you have otherwise engaged in any unlawful activity;
• provide you with information, products or services that you request from us or which we feel may interest you (except where you have requested not to be contacted for such purposes);
• generally run the App and for internal operations; 
• monitor and record telephone calls for training purposes and to improve the Service to you; and
• comply with any law (including the Data Protection Act 1998).

Marketing Communications

By subscribing to the Services you agree that we may use your information to contact you by electronic mail (e.g. by email and SMS) ("Marketing Communications") about offers, events, competitions, items or related activities that you may find useful, as well as other similar products and services offered by us or any of our related entities from time to time. 

You may receive Marketing Communications from us or any of our trading names, for example White Label Dating, both during the term of your membership (whether full or basic) and after termination of your membership (or deletion of your account) unless you unsubscribe from receiving such Marketing Communications as set out below. 

We do not sell, trade or rent your personal information to other companies and partners, but if you give us your express consent, we may share your data with other reputable companies both within and outside the EU who may have interesting offers and information for you. If you wish to receive Marketing Communications from selected third parties, or if you would like to receive Marketing Communications from us about our non-dating related products and services or other third party products and services, you can indicate your consent by ticking the relevant opt-in tick box during the registration process. 

How to unsubscribe from receiving Marketing Communications?

If you have consented to receive Marketing Communications, you may always revoke that consent at any time by changing your settings on the App or exercising the "unsubscribe" option in any Marketing Communications you get from us or from our marketing partners.

Who do we disclose your information to?

We respect your privacy and will never share/sell your personal information.

How do we restrict access to your personal information on the Service?

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy and that of other users, and wherever possible we require you to provide login information and identify yourself to access the App.

We also make an effort to ensure that members of the Service are not connected with other members that may be inappropriate. To do this we may apply classifications to Associated Apps that provide access to the Service, including to the App. These classifications may restrict the availability of:

• communications between yourself and other members of the Service;
• the details of other members of the Service to yourself; and
• your details to other members of the Service.

Security of Personal Information

Transmission of data and information via the App is not a secure or encrypted transmission method for sending your personal data, unless otherwise indicated on the App. Accordingly, your attention is drawn to the fact that any information and personal data carried over the internet is not secure and any transmission is at your own risk. Information and personal data may be intercepted, lost, redirected, corrupted, changed and accessed by other people.

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. For example, we set strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to your personal information once we have received it and wherever possible we will use adequate security software and working procedures to ensure the security of your personal information. To prevent unauthorised access, maintain accuracy, and ensure proper use of personal information, we have employed physical, electronic, and managerial processes to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Prohibited Activities 

The Company reserves the right to investigate, suspend and/or terminate your account if it is being reported by another user or if company see that you have misused the Service or behaved in a way the Company regards as inappropriate or unlawful, including actions or communications the occur off the Service but involve users you meet through the Service. The following is a partial list of the type of actions that you may not engage in with respect to the Service. You will not:

• impersonate any person or entity.
• solicit money from any users.
• post any Content that is prohibited by Section 9.
• “stalk” or otherwise harass any person.
• express or imply that any statements you make are endorsed by the Company without our specific prior written consent.
• use the Service in an illegal manner or to commit an illegal act;
• access the Service in a jurisdiction in which it is illegal or unauthorized;
• ask or use users to conceal the identity, source, or destination of any illegally gained money or products.
• use any robot, spider, site search/retrieval application, or other manual or automatic device or process to retrieve, index, “data mine”, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Service or its contents.
• collect usernames and/or email addresses of users by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email or unauthorized framing of or linking to the Service.
• interfere with or disrupt the Service or the servers or networks connected to the Service.
• email or otherwise transmit any material that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
• forge headers or otherwise manipulate identifiers in order to disguise the origin of any information transmitted to or through the Service (either directly or indirectly through use of third party software).
• “frame” or “mirror” any part of the Service, without the Company's prior written authorization.
• use meta tags or code or other devices containing any reference to the Company or the Service (or any trademark, trade name, service mark, logo or slogan of the Company) to direct any person to any other website for any purpose.
• modify, adapt, sublicense, translate, sell, reverse engineer, decipher, decompile or otherwise disassemble any portion of the Service any software used on or for the Service, or cause others to do so.
• post, use, transmit or distribute, directly or indirectly, (e.g. screen scrape) in any manner or media any content or information obtained from the Service other than solely in connection with your use of the Service in accordance with this Agreement.

Term and Termination 

This Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use the Service and/or have a MeetLove account. The Company may terminate or suspend your account at any time without notice if the Company believes that you have breached this Agreement, or for any other reason, with or without cause, in its sole discretion. The Company is not required to disclose, and may be prohibited by law from disclosing, the reason for the termination or suspension of your account. After your account is terminated for any reason, all terms of this Agreement survive such termination, and continue in full force and effect, except for any terms that by their nature expire or are fully satisfied.
